APPOINTMENT OF VOLUNTEER

Before appointment submitting Paper.
Candidates will submit

  1. (a) Request letter.
  2. (b) Notary affidavit.
  3. (c) Four color Passport size Photo graph.
  4. (d) Xerox copy of certificate.
  5. (e) Address proof/ID proof.

These documents are necessary to submit in office for joining.

Offices will give the appointment letter after taking these certificates. Appointment will be purely on Adhoc for 11 months. In eleven month Pay Out will be continue on bases of terms and condition of organization if candidate not full filling of terms & condition Pay Out will not be paid.

LEAVE TERM

Ad-hoc co-worker will entitle of 10 casual leaves and 5 medical leaves. Medical leaves will granted on behalf of medical certificate. No worker can leave the station without taking the prior permission of chief of the organization. Long medical leave will granted by secretary General of the organization.

CATEGORY OF APPOINTMENT LEGAL ACTION

If any worker of the organization is found to money forgery or black mailing to organization or harming to organization, organization is bound to take the legal action and if allegation will be proved organization will recover the money from worker and will take legal action.

DISCIPLINE

During the office time no worker is allowed to smoke and drink also. No worker is allowed to talk regional language and indiscipline talk. If worker will found, organization will take disciplinary action. All worker in Field and office should be in formal dress and having ID Card.

RESIGNATION

Any worker will give to written notice before one month to competent authority of the organization with an intension for resignation from his post. Transfer refusal can be treated as resignation.

ACHIEVEMENT

Target for work achievement of the organization will be fixed for every co-worker by the authority of the organization and that will be binding upon them and they have to achieve the target within the time fixed.

RULE

These rules shall apply to all co-worker leave to Additional Director, Secretary General also director General and project director.

(1) Case book Register. (2) Ledger Register.
(3) Attendance Register. (4) Dispatch Register.
(5) Income Register. (6) Stock Register.
(7) Movement Register. (8) Survey Register.
(9) Telephone Register. (10) Visitor Register.
(11) Voucher file. (12) Meeting Register.
(13) Lodge Book.
DEFINITION

Registration Act Means : Trust Registration Act of 1882.
Organization Means : People's Care Foundation.
Committee Means : The managing Committee of the Organization.
Financial Year Means : From 1st April to 31st March.
GENERAL Instruction to every member/ Volunteer/ Co-member

  1. Maintain devotion to your duty and absolute integrity.
  2. Obey the rules and regulations of the organization.
  3. Follow the instruction of higher authority.
PUBLICATION

Organization will publish the annual magazine.

OFFICE TIME IN SUMMER &WINTER

Office Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Lunch Time : 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
